Manufacturing of lamps

Classic and Modern Lighting

Your lamp is made as following:

After Your order was adopted, according to your needs with clarifications as length, width, color etc, our factory colleagues engage in the preparation of materials of the lamp. If the lamp contains molded parts, it will be careful composed with hands in our foundry, than molded with liquid, more than 1000 degrees Celsius copper. After finishing the molding, the raw and the ragged surface will be wrought, and the sharp ridges will be scraped from the inner surface, than with the hand rasper formed evenly. Subsequently our burnisher division burnishes the external surfaces evenly, than it will be given to our turners, ironworkers, to do the winding- bowing- sizing works and to perform the industrial silver soldering operation. The semi-finished products goes back to our burnisher section, where the along the former workflow deposed dirt will be burnished with hand. At this situation the metal part of the light shines bright, such as the gold.
Then, after a surface cleaning, a multi-phase chemical processes to antique or nickelize the separate parts of the lamp. Subsequently, the final color of the surface carry out the the burnishers again, who forward to the assembly section the semi-finished products. Before the assembling the lamps are equipped with electrical fittings, porcelain holders, double-insulated wires, and standard electric shock grounding. After assembling the lights, each piece are examinated by an electric shock, and finally, after the quality control your lamp is packed.

Raw material:

In today`s materialistic world, most of the company seek to reduce the cost of expenses. This is often at the expense of quality of the used materials and the products. Then we can say at the lamp fabrication, although the lamp has copper-colored lights, but only comprised, because the raw material is iron or aluminum. We do not allow the quality, all cases, our products are made of 100 % copper material.
How can you control that? If You scratch in the inside of the lamp with a sharp object, and the trail of the scratch has not a bright golden color, your purchased lamp certainly wasn`t made from copper.

Metal pressure:

Of course, this process is made by hand, not to be confused with the mass production, which is produced with high pressure machine. If the metal pressure is made with hand of the with hand, the curves and the bends are more beautiful and careful than in the case of the
pressure machine.

Molding and metal-work:

The molding can be very difference, but the main difference is in the working of the rough casting. Most of the producers take the raw casting to a stick making machine, and after a few hours operation, by the machine unridged piece is incorporated as a finished product in the lamp.
Here, when the rough castings will semi-finished, they are going through 5 workflows, which were conducted by specialist hands.

Electricity, electrical materials:
It is again important to emphasize, that in the interest of the cutdown the cost of expenses, the companies attempt to economize on the used materials, such as the electrical materials, either the holders or the wires and the fasteners.
The holder: Many have already met with a problem that after the longer use of the lamp bulb You can`t unscrew it from the traditional plastic holder, just break it out. We only use porcelain holders, which is of course more expensive than the plastic sockets, but with these problems will not occur. The wire: We use a double-insulated wires, which are in case of an external damage as perfect security. Unfortunately, many find that other manufacturers use once insulated wires, because of its simplicity and cost, which can cause fire in the case of an external injury. The fasteners: the commonly used fasteners, which are used for the connection of wires, is an extremely simple little plastic inside a spiral, whit an easy motion, it can be rolled up on the wires, of course, it also comes just as easy motion from them, which may cause fire or closure. We use a much more expensive but much safer fastener, where the connected wires are attached in a closed part by the safety bolt, which only allows for the squeeze, when the screw will unscrewed.

Lamp globes:

The glass for our lamps, as all other parts are also careful with hand polished, making sure that none of the polishing cut the other one. By the most glass-engraver it is no quality error, if one of the samples extend with 1-2 mm into the next one. For us it is an error! After the burnishing the burnished surface will shiny polished, which is shining like a crystal, or a jewel. This is often missed in the case of other companies, or only vague occur, resulting in grinding of glass mat or dull color.
